All rabbits must be up to date with Myxomatosis and Rabbit Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (RVHD1 and RVHD2) vaccinations.
We will ask to see proof of vaccination (a photo or copy of the vaccination card is fine).
We reserve the right to refuse boarding if a rabbit appears unwell on arrival, for the safety of all animals in our care.

In the unlikely event that your rabbit becomes unwell, we will contact you immediately.
If we can’t reach you, we will act in your rabbit’s best interest and take them to our trusted local vet.
You are responsible for any vet bills incurred during your rabbit’s stay.
Boarding is charged at £15 per night for a single rabbit, and £20 per night for a bonded pair.
We’re happy to accept cash on collection or bank transfer, whichever is easiest for you.
We don’t have a formal cancellation policy — life happens, and we’d rather stay flexible. Just let us know as soon as possible if your plans change.
Please arrive at your agreed time — we run the business from home and want to give you and your rabbit our full attention.
If you’re running late or need to adjust your time, just send us a quick message.
We offer live video access to our pens for added peace of mind.
Please note, access may be limited during maintenance or if technical issues occur.
While we take every care and precaution, Buntopia cannot accept responsibility for loss, illness, or death arising from pre-existing health conditions or unforeseeable natural causes.
